June 11, 2014 sees the official opening of the Boulevard in the new downtown of Amman, under the patronage of King Abdullah II.

Part of the Abdali development, the CMP is a major component of the Ammans New Downtown and is currently under construction.

Laceco is expanding its operations in the region, opening offices in Erbil (Iraq) and in Dubai (UAE).

Construction works for three faculties are well underway in Tripoli, Lebanon. The faculties of Engineering and Fine Arts are already starting to take shape, while foundation works have begun for the faculty of Sciences.
