45 Park Avenue
Crafting architecture in Beirut’s downtown

Project description

45 Park Avenue is a residential development located in Beirut’s thriving downtown. The project was curated as a small scale residential community and its architecture reflects a craftsmanship inspired by client intentions.

The brief

CDC aimed to achieve two objectives:

  • Creating a luxurious residential experience in Beirut’s downtown
  • Differentiating the development architecturally within its neighborhood

Our response

  • Designing a building whose four facades were individually curated for pedestrian views with a subtle play of shapes and materials (marble, wood, steel)
  • Programming for an intimate residential community of only 13 units that were fully occupied shortly after coming online
  • Curating the user experience through special attention to the character of cores and gathering areas, balconies, and retail outlets located at the ground floor
