Our Response
MAF aimed to achieve four objectives: a commercial center that is aligned with its well-honed leasing strategy, to work with a consultant that is capable of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating closely with the client, to integrate sustainability features and meet project cost guidelines. Laceco worked closely with the client and the stakeholders during design and supervision stages to design a mall that optimized GLA at 37,000 m², meet the full requirements for LEED Platinum rating and integrate cost awareness within the design process to help the client achieve economic objectives.
