Laceco developed a master plan that is fully equipped with physical, social, cultural and religious infrastructure and can accommodate tens of thousands of residents. A rationalized approach whereby basic urban units can be scaled up or down depending on client needs and availability of funding (spectrum of designed components went from units to neighborhoods to clusters to districts) was implemented. Laceco also provided advisory services to the client during the master planning and development strategy phases and provided regulatory support to the contractor for obtaining all necessary approvals from planning authorities.
