Project description

The El Seif Compound was proposed for the offices and other supporting facilities of the El Seif Engineering and Contracting Company. Located 25 km away from the Riyadh International Airport, the mixed-use development site covers a 50,000 m² land area, strategically located at the intersection of Imam Saoud Bin Abed Al Aziz Bin Mohamed Street and Khaled Bin El Walid Street, to the east of King Fahed Road. Additional suggested facilities for the project include a residential compound for the company’s employees, commercial facilities and a 4-star hotel.
