Project description

Kalba Waterfront Mall is a pioneering mall overlooking a lagoon lined by mangroves in Sharjah, UAE. It includes 11,200m2 of leasable area and is characterized by its thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces.

The brief

Eagle Hills aimed to achieve two objectives:

  • Designing a new model for open air malls in Sharjah
  • Aligning design development with leasing strategy and economic objectives
  • Optimizing construction cost

 

 

Our response

  • Working closely with international architect to develop scheme into fully functional project
  • Conducting value engineering exercises throughout design stages to make sure construction cost fits with client target
