Project description
The UNESCO building and the Ministry of Culture and Higher Education complex were reconsidered as part of a new master plan proposed to redefine the area into a coherent architectural ensemble revolving around the building and a central landscaped piazza, adding other functions into the development. A multipurpose hall was proposed, in addition to a new building for the Ministry, a National School of Administration (E.N.A.), a University Rectorate and a new Law School.
